Our recruitment process
Pre - screening

The pre-screening process typically begins with the review of a candidate's employment application and resume, followed by a telephone interview.We receive applications from a myriad of college graduates experienced in various domains.

The first stage of screening happens when we carefully pick out candidates on the basis of the client's needs.

Screening

Screening involves conducting various skill tests- technical aptitude, communication-based tests - comprehension, verbal, listening and writing skills. Group discussions are administered to gauge communication skills. Tests are conducted to analyse the command over English language and personal interviews held to ascertain competency. After passing through the screening, the candidate is short-listed and reviewed for their interpersonal skills, communication skills, initiative and attitude.

Final Selection

The final personal interview is conducted by the Operations and HR. The candidate background is verified by contacting the references provided by them. The verification acquired includes the candidate’s character, background, integrity and professional capacity.

If the processes prove the candidate’s eligibility, he/she is given an offer letter.

Handling Attrition

We understand that attrition can lead to lower output. To avoid attrition, we conduct regular training programs to make sure the project is still carried on in the absence of key people by keeping a substitute ready at all times.
